Define Project Aliases

Define aliases at the web project level.

You can define aliases for the current web project by clicking the More... button on the Web Projects Control Panel and selecting Define Project Aliases.

Project level aliases provide a centralized way to define aliases that are available to the web project.

Define Project Aliases

To define project aliases:

Open the Web Projects Control Panel.

Click the More... button.

Select Define Project Aliases.

Enter or edit the aliases for the current project.

When to Use Project Aliases

Project level aliases are useful when alias definitions should apply across the current web project rather than being managed separately in individual components or deployment steps.
